Meaning of Judgement : Judgement means the observation and decision of court of law in respect of a particular case after conclusion of a trial. Content of Judgement : Every Judgement - Shall be written in the language of the court. Shall contain the point or points for determination, the decision there on and the reason for the decision. Shall specify the offence of which and section of The Indian Penal Code, 1860 or other law under which the accused is convicted and the punishment to which he is sentenced. If the Judgement is of acquittal, it shall state the offence, of which the accused is acquitted and direct that he be set at liberty section 354(1). Distinction Between Electronic Signature and Digital Signature

There is some difference between electronic signature and digital signature, this are :-

1. Electronic signature is a generic, technology-natural term that refers to the universe of all of the various method by which one can 'sign' on electronic record, while digital signature is simply a term for one technology specific type of electronic signature.

2. Electronic signature can take many forms and can be many different technologies. The permit a board range of 'electronic signatures to satisfy the  requirements of a legal signature whereas digital signature involves the use of public key cryptography (asymmetric cryptography) to 'sign' a message.

3. Electronic signature a name typed at the end of an e-mail message by the sender, a digitized image of a handwritten signature that is attached to an electronic document, a secret code or PIN (such as that used with ATM cards and credits card) to identify the sender to the recipient ; a code or 'handle' that the sender of a message uses to identify himself; a unique bio metrics-based identifier, such as a finger print or a retinal scan. But digital digital signature is a block of data at the end of an electronic message that attests to the authenticity of the said message Digital Signatures are an actual transformation of an electronic message using public key cryptography. It requires a key pair (Private key for encryption and public key for decryption) and a hash function (alogorithm). It provides greater assurance of a document's authenticity and integrity than other forms of electronic signature.

Technologically speaking, there is no difference between electronic signature and digital signature. In strict sense, a digital signature is a type of electronic signature only. Both perform the same set of function signer's authentication, message integrity and non-repudiation.
