Meaning of Judgement : Judgement means the observation and decision of court of law in respect of a particular case after conclusion of a trial. Content of Judgement : Every Judgement - Shall be written in the language of the court. Shall contain the point or points for determination, the decision there on and the reason for the decision. Shall specify the offence of which and section of The Indian Penal Code, 1860 or other law under which the accused is convicted and the punishment to which he is sentenced. If the Judgement is of acquittal, it shall state the offence, of which the accused is acquitted and direct that he be set at liberty section 354(1). MEANING OF CYBER CRIME-    Cyber crime means illegal use of computers and the internet.It is a crime committed using a computer and internet to steal a person's identity.cyber crimes deals any criminal act dealing with computers and networks called hacking.cuber crimes also includes traditional crimes conducted through the internet.For example,Hate crimes,Telemarketing  and internet fraud,Identity theft.                                                                                                                      CLASSIFICATION OF CYBER CRIME-Cyber crime may be broadly classified under the following three groups depending upon the target of  the crime.They are-                                                                   1)Against Individuals:
                           a)Their person 
                           b)Their property

                      2)Against Organization:   
                            a)Government
                            b)Firm,Company,Group of Individuals
                   
                      3)Against Society at Large:
                            a) Cheating and fraud
                            b) Forgery
                            c) Defamation

Cyber Crimes under the Indian Penal Code -

The Indian Penal Code(IPC), 1860 has been amended by the Information Technology Act(IT Act), 2000 as to applicable to cyber crimes.

Summery of Cyber Crimes applicable to Indian Penal Code, 1860-

1) For sending threatening message by email a person is punishable under section 506 of IPC.
2) For sending defamatory message by email, a person is punishable under section 499 of IPC.
3) For forgery of electronic record, a person is punishable under section 465 of IPC.
4) For false electronic certificate or false electronic records, a person is punishable under section 467 of IPC.
5) In Cyber pornography cases, a person is punishable under section 292 of IPC.
6) For cheating a person is punishable under section 415,416 and 417 of the IPC.
7) For theft a person is punishable under section 379 of IPC.
8) For the matter public electronically to insult the modesty of a women, a person is punishable under section 50 of the IPC.
9) For forged document of electronic record a person is punishable under section 470 of the IPC.
10) For falsification of account, a person is punishable under section 477-A of the IPC.
